A speech, a dinner playlist and a band do not use the room in the same way. We ask which one you have, how many guests you expect, and whether the room is indoors, then recommend a PA and microphone plan for that brief.

Sound systems in detailLighting here means people on stage can be seen, the room has some atmosphere, and the look follows the programme. That covers front light and wash, ambient and effect light, and uplighting where the venue allows it.
We operate it to the running order you give us, from a host’s entrance to a band or a dance floor.
Lighting in detailA live band needs a front-of-house mix, monitors, and a sound check before doors. Speeches and playback on the same night need their own inputs. If the programme uses a screen, we coordinate it with the show rather than treating it as a separate event.
